MV GROUP Academy
Our aim is to create a space where employees are provided with high-quality continuous development, professional growth, and engagement in organizational activities. We are delighted to announce that, for the third year in a row, MV GROUP Academy has enabled us to offer our employees quality knowledge and encourage them to keep learning.

.
Our academy goes beyond being a mere source of textbook knowledge. It adds the expertise of industry experts to our staff’s daily routine and introduces them to the values of the organisation.
It is important to us that our values are not just words on paper but are applied in real situations by all our colleagues.

Employee training programmes in 2022

Training on MV GROUP values
We understand the importance of having our values reflected in our work and not just on paper. Hence, we organise training sessions every year to help our staff learn more about the implementation of these values at work. The training sessions cover topics such as situations in which these values need to be applied and how they can be transformed from words on paper into actual working principles.
Training on different categories of alcohol
The drinks category training is aimed at our sales staff – it is important for us that they have a deeper understanding of the drinks categories and products represented by our group. This knowledge helps them to provide professional service and advice to our customers and partners.
Preventing corruption and other offences
It is important to us that employees act with transparency and integrity in their work. To achieve this, we continuously review and update policies and procedures related to the prevention of corruption and other legal offences. In addition, we provide live and remote training to our employees. During our remote training sessions, employees are educated on the concept of corruption offences, liability for such offences, conflict of interest situations, and how to deal with them. The training also covers the correct reporting procedures for any irregularities that may arise.
What to do and how to deal with emergencies
It is important for us to be able to replace anxiety with knowledge in emergencies. When the war in Ukraine broke out, we organised training for staff on how to deal with emergencies and what can be prepared in advance.
Health insurance training
We care about the health of our employees, which is why, starting in 2023, we provide additional health insurance to all willing employees. To help colleagues make the most of these benefits, we have organised live and developed remote digital training. So staff can always easily find relevant information on the subject.
