New dock scheduling system launched

In 2022, we completed the implementation of MV GROUP Logistics’ dock scheduling system. The system developed with partners Quantum Qguar is currently used by MV GROUP Distribution LT for flow management and is planned to be extended to other MV GROUP Logistics partners in the near future.

The innovative Logistics centre dock scheduling system allows to plan and manage logistics centre ramps, making the use of the warehouse’s human and technical resources more efficient and ensuring timely handling of load flows.

The system links all partners in the supply chain (customers, carriers/forwarders, drivers and the logistics operator) into a single communication network, where all participants see the same up-to-date information and receive rapid notifications of changes.

Other investments for process optimisation

To optimise our processes, last year we fully digitised our parcel services, enabling us to attract additional customers and offer them a wider range of services. We also combined the activities of our warehousing and transport departments to speed up and streamline collaboration across different processes.
