MV GROUP values

MV GROUP brings together more than 1,000 people working in four countries. We may be separated by distance, we may not all know each other, but we have a great deal in common: the desire to improve, to grow and to win. We share the same values. These values help us, individually, as a team and as a company, to make the right decisions every day, to have a clear direction and to achieve the results we want.

Through conversations and by sharing our experiences, we have come to realise that our core values are Team, Passion to Succeed and commitment to Quality.

We declared 2022 the Year of Passion to succeed, and last year we talked in different formats about what this value means to us.

The month of values – a step challenge

We declared August of last year as the month of the value of Passion to succeed and invited all MV GROUP employees to take part in the Step Challenge. Joint teams of staff from different departments took part in the #Walk15 app challenge.

In August, we walked 60 096 120 steps together! That’s five times more than our original target! We have also grown more than 200,000 virtual trees.

We can also be proud that together we have climbed Everest five times and walked around the world once!

Values Day

In the autumn, we continued the tradition of setting a day for values and related activities:

Discussing the year of Passion to succeed in teams, thanking colleagues in other units and a team Christmas toy workshop and competition.
